1. Go to Access Control Catalog (ACC).
2. Search for *Activities Material Tracing and Cost* in Description.
3. Press the ‘‘Execute‘‘ button on the ‘‘Activities Material Tracing and Cost‘‘.
The system displays all the materials we are using in Activities on the new browser that opens.
a. In case you want to check the materials used for one specific Activity, search in ‘‘Closed Date‘‘ or ‘‘Activity‘‘ columns.
b. In case you want to define materials that we will be using in the future, search in the ‘‘Activity‘‘ column. After you are on the Activity on target, double click to open the form. Here you can define the materials that we would use in the Activity. Define also the warehouse for the material picking. Do not forget to check the ‘‘Mat Check‘‘ for the setting to take effect. Consult previous settings, if any are available.
